Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue by selling Twill to enterprise clients. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while working closely with our talent ops and Executive teams. An interest or experience in recruiting is a plus, as you'll be engaging with HR and talent acquisition leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target enterprise clients.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers within target accounts.
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and position Twill's value proposition effectively.
- Pipeline Management:
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and forecast accurately to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and report on sales activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and provide solutions that address their needs.
- Collaborate with the talent ops team to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for new clients.
- Collaboration & Feedback:
- Partner with product and marketing teams to provide customer feedback that informs product development and marketing strategies.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
- Growth Initiatives:
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive upsell initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience with lead generation, cold calling, not being afraid to reach out to new clients
- Experience in recruiting or a strong interest in the HR tech space [preferred]
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders.
