Position Overview:
We are seeking a technically skilled and innovative Low Code Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our low-code/no-code product initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for building our product from the ground up, taking ownership of the entire product experience from ideation to launch. You’ll need to iterate quickly and efficiently as we scale, ensuring that our solutions are robust, scalable, and user-friendly. An interest or experience in recruiting is preferred, as you will be shaping solutions that enhance our talent operations.
We’ve outlined what we foresee the role to be, but as a startup, adaptability is key. You must be comfortable with ambiguity and ready to wear multiple hats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Execution:
- Define and execute the product roadmap for our low-code/no-code initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Build and launch product features that enhance user experience and drive adoption.
- Take ownership of the product lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Technical Development:
- Utilize your technical skills to design, build, and prototype low-code/no-code solutions from scratch.
- Ensure product scalability, performance, and reliability as we grow, working hands-on to solve challenges as they arise.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles, ensuring that the product is intuitive, easy to use, and solves real problems for our customers.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and advancements in low-code/no-code technologies to inform product development.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Gather requirements from internal stakeholders, prioritize features, and ensure the product meets the needs of our customers.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to leadership and other key stakeholders.
- Incorporate feedback from users to continuously improve the product and ensure it meets market demands.
- Rapid Iteration & Testing:
- Implement a test-and-learn approach to quickly iterate on product features and improvements.
- Utilize data and user feedback to make informed decisions and adjust the product roadmap as needed.
- Scale the product efficiently, ensuring it meets the growing needs of our users.
- Growth & Optimization:
- Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive product growth.
- Implement strategies to optimize product adoption and retention among users.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and market positioning.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on low-code/no-code platforms.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to build and prototype low-code/no-code solutions from the ground up, including Bubble.
- Experience or interest in recruiting [preferred]
- Proven track record of leading product development from ideation to launch in a startup or high-growth environment.
