Position Overview:

We are looking for a Talent Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This position will report to the Manager of Talent Ops and play a critical role in supporting sourcing efforts, candidate engagement, and operational workflows to drive successful placements.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in recruiting or sourcing in tech who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and is excited about making an impact at a growing startup.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing:

• Proactively source members for tech roles, leveraging creative methods to identify and attract top talent.
• Manage a high volume of candidate referrals, vetting resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and screening notes for quality and qualifications.
• Collaborate with the Manager of Talent Ops to prioritize submissions and align on strategies with hiring goals.

Candidate & Member Engagement:

• Act as a liaison between candidates, members and Manager of Talent Ops, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates referred through Twill.
• Provide timely updates to candidates, members, and Manager of Talent Ops throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct check-ins with members to gather feedback and strengthen engagement within the Twill community.
